MTA Bus Driver Denied Workers' Compensation After Attack on Lunch Break

The MTA says Tommy Lau’s injuries he sustained when he helped a couple during his lunch break didn’t occur during work hours nor was it work related, therefore he’s not eligible for workers’ compensation. NBC New York’s Checkey Beckford reports.
