JFK Airport Terminal for Animals Sits Empty and Unused

It opened a year ago and promised to be a perfect, state of the art animal transit facility for JFK’s non-human travelers. But the multimillion-dollar “The Ark at JFK” is sitting empty and unused, and may be forced to shut down. The Ark’s owner and operator says the Port Authority is to blame. Andrew Siff reports.
