Watermelon Filled With Ice Cream Returns to NYC After 2017 Limited Supply

With this summer being one of the most hot and humid we've seen so far, ice cream and nice cold fruit is a welcome relief. Dominique Ansel Kitchen has got you covered with the perfect combination -- and it looks good, too.

The Insta-famous soft-serve in a watermelon was available for just one week last summer.

Due to high popularity, the What-a-Melon has returned to NYC ready to be served all summer long.

The hollowed out slice of juicy ripe watermelon is filled with the bakery’s homemade refreshing watermelon serve, topped with tiny hand-cut dark chocolate "seeds”.
