Police are asking for the public's help to identify a man who allegedly committed a lewd act on a southbound "A" train earlier this month in Queens.
Investigators on Saturday released a photo of the suspect, who is accused of attempting to kiss a 41-year-old woman on the lips at about 9:50 a.m. on May 3.
The woman pushed the suspect away and he then exposed himself, police said.
The woman got off the train at the Mott Avenue station in Far Rockaway and the suspect followed her into a grocery store and then into a fast food restaurant before he fled.
Anyone with information about the suspect should call the NYPD Crime Stoppers Hotline at 888-577-TIPS.
