MTA Details What Caused Subway Doors to Malfunction

After pulling nearly 300 subway cars from service because doors were opening as the trains were in motion, the MTA said there was a switch not calibrated properly inside the doors, which led to them opening as much as 4 inches. NBC New York’s Andrew Siff reports.
