Man Rips Keys From USPS Worker's Neck in Manhattan: Police

Police are looking for a man who ripped a key lanyard from a USPS worker's neck as she made a delivery in Manhattan last month.

The thief sneaked up behind the 31-year-old woman and grabbed the keys around 2:15 p.m. April 17 as the woman stopped in front of a  building on Columbus Avenue, officials say. The suspect then fled west on West 95th Street.

No injuries were reported, and it wasn't immediately clear if the keys that were stolen were the ones the USPS worker used to access buildings.

Police released surveillance video of the suspect (above) on Monday. Anyone with information about him is asked to call authorities.
