It will finally begin to feel much more like November as cooler air from the north continues to settle into the region over the next stretch of days, and the evening commute will also be wet, Storm Team 4 says.
Highs will just barely make it into the 50s in and around the city Tuesday, but a steady northerly breeze will make it feel a bit chillier at times.
Conditions will stay dry for the better part of the day, but showers generated by an approaching weak system from the west will arrive later this afternoon, and last into the first part of Tuesday night.
Showers will taper off around midnight, roughly leaving between a tenth to a quarter of an inch in the city and areas pointing north. Areas south and east will see heavier showers move through, and could receive up to a half inch of rain or more.
Clouds will begin to break up a bit overnight, but it will stay rather raw and breezy with lows sliding back into the 30s and 40s.
