A Brooklyn judge has sentenced a former MetLife broker to 51 months in prison for scamming money from the widow of a Port Authority police officer killed in the World Trade Center terror attack.
Court papers say Kevin Dunn persuaded the widow to put the $2 million she received for her husband's death in a MetLife account.
He then plundered the account to remodel his home in New Jersey and buy a condo in Florida.
The judge rejected Dunn's argument that his crimes were attributed to alcohol and prescription drug abuse.
