Cops Release Video of Brooklyn Gunman

The shooting took place on June 24 in Brownsville, Brooklyn.

The NYPD is asking the public for help tracking down a man wanted in connection with a shooting in June that left a 20-year-old man dead.

The shooting took place on June 24 in Brownsville, Brooklyn. Police responded to the scene at approximately 6:30 p.m. and discovered Brooklyn resident Craig Delroy with a gunshot wound to his torso. He was later pronounced dead at Brookdale Hospital.

Surveillance footage released by the police Tuesday, shows the suspected gunman running down East 95th Street, firing a handgun multiple times.

The suspect is described as being between 17 and 18-years-old, approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall and 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and black sneakers.

Anyone with information about the shooter is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477). The public can also submit tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website at www.NYPDCrimeStoppers.com or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) and then entering TIP577.
