Police have arrested a man they allege stalked a 24-year-old woman, then gunned her down in a warehouse parking lot in New Jersey earlier this week.
Giver Vasquez was arrested Friday in Pennsylvania on murder, stalking and weapons charges in the shooting death of Alicia Martinez-Izaguirr, who was found dead in a lot on Docks Corner Road in South Brunswick Wednesday.
Vasquez is accused of using a friend's car and using it to follow Martinez-Izaguirr. Prosecutors say the two knew each other and the shooting was not random. The nature of their relationship wasn't clear.
Both were from New Brunswick.
Vasquez is being held on $2 million bail while awaiting extradition.
