A school bus collided with a tractor-trailer on Long Island Monday afternoon, injuring several children on the bus and the driver of the truck, police said.
Suffolk County Police said the accident happened at Grove Avenue and Carmen Street in East Patchogue at about 3:30 p.m. All the injuries were minor.
The bus belonged to the Educational Bus Transportation Company but it wasn't immediately clear what school the bus was coming from.
Police are still investigating.
