Police Seek Man in Subway Scissor Attack

Police say the suspect attacked the 30-year-old victim after a verbal argument

Police are looking for a man who slashed a subway rider in the head and arms with a pair of scissors.      
Police say  the suspect attacked the 30-year-old victim after a verbal dispute on a northbound D train near 125th Street on June 1.     

The victim was treated at a hospital for his injuries.      

Police have released several photos of the alleged attacker (above). He's described as being in his 30s and weighing about 180 pounds with a pockmarked face. He was wearing a yellow jacket with the word "Brazil" on the back and black pants at the time of the incident.

Authorities ask anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 800 577-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
