Gunman Opens Fire Outside NYC Liquor Store, Shooting 1 in Buttocks: Police

A gunman opened fire right in front of a liquor store in Queens, seriously injuring a man, police say.

The shooter, last seen wearing a red-hooded sweater, and the victim had gotten into some sort of argument inside the store on Kissena Boulevard in Kew Gardens Monday night.

As the feud spilled outside the store, the man pulled the trigger, shooting a 46-year-old man in the buttocks, according to the NYPD.

Surveillance video from the scene shows the victim throw a drink at the gunman before running away. The shooter aims the gun down the sidewalk and quickly fires several shots at the victim, the video shows.

Police said the wounded man was taken to an area hospital, where he is in critical but stable condition.
