A woman is under arrest after she left her 5-year-old granddaughter alone in a car outside a Queens casino on Saturday, police said.
The 56-year-old woman went into Resorts World Casino to cash a check, and a security guard saw the girl was left alone in the car for more than an hour, according to the NYPD.
The girl was unharmed and was returned to her mother. Her grandmother was arrested on a charge of acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17, and the Administration for Children's Services was notified, police said.
