Police are looking for the suspect who raped a woman in broad daylight in Brooklyn over the weekend.

Police released a video that shows the suspect forcing the 22-year-old victim into an alleyway shortly before 10 a.m. Saturday near Brooklyn College in Flatbush.

At one point he's seen tossing something over a wall, possibly the woman's cellphone.

Neighborhood residents told the New York Post they were concerned that someone could get away with the crime since police presence had been increased in the area in recent years.

The suspect is described as being a bald man in his mid 20s, about 5 feet 6 inches tall and 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue Yankees hat with a white brim and a dark gray jacket.

Anyone with information about the suspect is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477), or submit tips at or by text to 274637 (CRIMES) and then entering TIP577.
