NBC 4 New York and Telemundo 47 are teaming up with the four-time Super Bowl champion New York Giants for the fifth annual FREE family-friendly Health & Fitness Expo, presented by Quest Diagnostics.
One of the largest and open-to-the-public health events, the Health & Fitness Expo is being held Saturday, May 6 and Sunday, May 7 at MetLife Stadium from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
What to plan ahead? Events will be taking place on two levels at the stadium; see the maps above and below.
Everyone must fill out a waiver to attend the Expo. Please print it out, fill it out and bring it with you to avoid the lines!
