A 16-year-old boy was shot to death outside his Brooklyn home, police said Sunday.
Clayton Hemingway was shot multiple times Saturday night on Wortman Avenue near the Linden Houses where he lived in East New York, police said.
He was pronounced dead at Brookdale hospital, police said.
Police are looking for the shooter. The investigation is ongoing.
