Subways To Close Overnight For Cleaning, MTA To Launch Essential Connector Program

The subways will close overnight to allow for cleaning, and the MTA will launch their Essential Connector Program, which will provide transportation with buses, for-hire-vehicles, or compliant “dollar vans” at no cost to essential workers from 1 am to 5 am.
