The reader that appreciates odd looking buildings might recall the Olive Park an out-of-the-way building in Greenpoint east of the BQE that drew attention because of the odd steel beams added to the exterior after it was completed. So, how's it doing? Apparently, fairly well, despite the fact that it's essentially in the middle of nowhere as Burg-Greenpoint condos go. 70 of 87 condos are in contract.
