It's Auction Day for DMX's Harlem Townhouse!

After a storied history and failed makeover, it's liquidation time at last for rapper DMX's Harlem townhouse, which goes to sheriff's auction today. Above, a look at the place at 2007 Fifth Avenue, courtesy of CityFile, which features more pix. Last chance, too, for some PriceSpotting. Vital stats: 3,700 square feet, and a location a Curbed commenter described as "very good.... just half a block from both 125th street (shops galore) and Marcus Garvey Park. It's also very close to bus and train lines as well as the Metro North, and the 24hr Pathmark is about 3 blocks east."

If you're feeling it, final guesses on the auction sale price in the comments. And anyone who'll be at the auction today, do drop us a line with an update on the action, pls?
