Talk about thinking outside the box -- the box known as the brain! An entity called 107 W Broadway Realty Corp has filed plans with the city to build a 19-story hotel at 49 Ann Street in Lower Manhattan. We wish them well. Even if they seem to be ignoring a proliferation of signposts in the hotel market yelling, "Turn Back!"
