From the Post's Dareh Gregorian: "The two factions warring over control of the famed Apthorp apartment building on the Upper West Side may get a little more time to pull a rabbi out of a hat. A lender had originally given battling business partners Lev Leviev and Maurice Mann until today to achieve a resolution to their differences over the conversion of the Apthorp into a condo complex, or risk their landmark, $500 million property going into foreclosure."
