While the Cheyenne is still sitting empty in Midtown West, there’s activity at another diner around the corner. The recently reopened sixties gem, the Market Diner, scored its liquor license last week. On tap: Stella, Carlsberg, Blue Moon, and Sam Adams. In addition to the usual, you’ll find a couple of bottles of ouzo. And that crucial 24-hour menu item: disco fries! The owners plan to add outdoor seating in the spring. Incidentally, this place’s proximity to the Penthouse Executive Club means it can now be added to BlackBook’s fun list of stripper hangouts.
