Gotham Bar & Grill — what Gael Greene called one of the city’s most important restaurants of the last 40 years — is celebrating its 25th anniversary this month with special menus. Both the lunch menu (three courses for $25) and the dinner tasting menu ($75) draw on past classic dishes such as roasted haddock with leeks and shiitake mushrooms (1985) and the cauliflower soup that debuted in 2000.
