Supermodel-turned-designer Erin Wasson dished with BFF, Teen Vogue's Andrew Bevan, on the fall and spring lines of her debut RVCA collection, while kickin' it with Cream the Pit Bull on a bench outside Scoop Beach in East Hampton.
Giggly inside jokes aside, here's what we learned about Erin's new, much-buzzed about collection, which will be shown under a surprisingly bright spotlight at Bryant Park Fashion Week. While Fall pieces played it cool in black and white, modeled on muses of Stevie Ray Vaughan groupies- basically, Wasson's take on the leather-and-lace tough girl with a fashion-heavy edge - Spring, on the other hand, marks a self-inspired, decidedly more feminine journey through muted, desert tones. And somehow, Wasson's pup fits into the mix as inspiration- something to which, if we were supermodels who designed rad clothes on the side, we would totally relate.
Groovy!
