Eat My Cupcake alum Keavy Landreth of Kumquat Cupcakery chats with Serious Eats today about flavor inspiration ("something that catches my eye, maybe coconut oil, or popcorn, and my dinner adventure will quickly turn into a Kumquat adventure"), and expansion into caramel sauces. Landreth hopes her Chocolate Salted Caramel Sauce and Caramel Bourbon Sauce will make it into stores soon.
