Canora's Bread and Butter Obsession

This week, Marco Canora of Hearth and Terroir restaurants and Next Iron Chef fame, reveals a few of his dining habits in Grub Street's "New York Diet." While he'll gladly drink Burgundy in the morning, his taste in coffee is decidedly less high-brow: Drip coffee from Starbucks ("Gold Coast" blend, to be specific). Also, Canora has an affinity for plain bread and butter: "My whole cooking career — I love nothing more than toasting a piece of bread, and putting butter on it, and a sprinkle of salt."
