The most expensive home in Miami is on the market and can be yours – for a whopping $68 million.
No, it’s not a mansion. It’s a two-story, luxurious penthouse that tops the Eighty Seven Park building in North Beach. The luxe home has six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, three powder rooms, a personal fitness center and Turkish Hamman, a state-of-the-art home cinema, an outdoor theater, two 40-foot long sunrise and sunset infinity pools, Jacuzzi, putting green, vertical garden, and two private elevators.
The lavish penthouse offers 360-degree ocean, city and park views, and was designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Renzo Piano, who specializes in “bringing the outdoors in.”
Deemed the biggest penthouse and priciest property on the market in Miami, the home boasts 12,410-square-feet of interior space and 18,247-square-foot of outdoor terrace.
