-- Speaking of doe-eyed blonde girls wandering through an alternate reality, Lindsay Lohan refuses to let her new SCRAM monitoring ankle bracelet get in the way of looking cute.  LiLo took to her Twitter, asking "can CHANEL please help me out by getting me some stickers to put on my scram bracelet so that i can at least wear a chic dress?! maybe!? x".  Good luck with that one. -- Supermodel Heidi Klum and hubs Seal will be helping Lifetime ride the Project Runway train with a new series based on the couple's marriage. They'll be doling out relationship advice to regular-looking people nationwide.  Their creds aren't based in longtime experience (marriage = five years) or any kind of psych degree, but hey, they're pretty hot so we'll probably watch.
