Falling Ice Snarls Traffic, Closes Streets in NYC

A falling icicle struck a man walking in midtown Wednesday, leading police to close some blocks to pedestrian traffic. Elsewhere, falling ice on the George Washington Bridge halted traffic in New Jersey as officials closed lanes in the upper portion. NBC New York’s Marc Santia reports.
