Young Girl Recovering After Trees Falls on Her in NY

The young girl was trick-or-treating in her New Rochelle neighborhood when the tree fell on her from the strong winds that were sweeping across the tri-state. The girl is recovering in the hospital, but neighbors who witnessed the incident are furious at the town and ConEd after repeatedly complaining about the tree. NBC New York’s Ken Buffa reports.
