Woman Wouldn't Help Shot Mother Because She Was ‘Late for Work': Victim

A California mother shot four times while shielding her children from the Rancho Tehama gunman says four people she asked for help turned her away, including one woman who said she didn’t have enough room in her car, and was running late for work. KCRA’s Dana Griffin reports.
