Woman Smacks 12-Year-Old Boy With His Own Hockey Stick: NYPD

A woman looking after a baby in a stroller at a Staten Island park got into an argument with a 12-year-old boy, grabbed his hockey stick and smacked him with it, police said Tuesday. Tracie Strahan reports.
