Wisconsin Cop Buys Groceries For Teen Shoplifter

A Green Bay police officer, Roman Trimberger, bought a 19-year-old shoplifter a bag of groceries. The teen, a working student, stole a pack of crackers from a gas station because he didn’t have enough money to pay for food. “If you’ve ever been a student before, you know it’s hard to make money working at the same time,” Trimberger said. “So I thought I could help him get a leg up.”
