Wintry Coastal Storm Causes Flooding, Dumps More Snow on Tri-State

A massive wintry coastal storm slid northward in the Atlantic Ocean Monday, glancing the tri-state with snow, rain and coastal flooding, rocking a cruise ship so badly it had to return to port and New Jersey, and playing a role in a bus crash that shut down Interstate 95 in Connecticut for several hours.
