Water Main Break Triggers Steam Blast in Midtown

Cars in a nearby garage were left covered in debris and soot in the aftermath of the steam blast that Con Ed says was the result of a water main break. The huge amounts of steam came from water falling on hot pipes.NBC New York’s Ray Villeda reports.
