Vigil Held for Woman Stalked, Stabbed to Death Inside Her Chinatown Apartment

The landlord of a New York City woman who was brutally murdered on Sunday says her accused killer “mercilessly stalked” his victim up six flights of stairs before he quietly slipped into her Chinatown apartment. Tracie Strahan reports.
