Update Expected From Cuomo on Hotspot Restrictions

While coronavirus cases continue to rise in most of the U.S., New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo is expected to announce a realignment of the state’s microcluster zones on Wednesday as the acutely targeted approach to stamps out the virus appears to show signs of improvement.
