Union Removed from Deadly Train Crash Investigation After “Engineer Lapse” Remarks

The rail employees union representing the engineer of the Metro-North train that derailed in the Bronx Sunday has been removed from the federal investigation into the crash after a union official spoke to the media, violating the terms of the investigation, the NTSB says. Andrew Siff reports.
