Unconscious Boaters Rescued Near Staten Island

The NYPD rescued three people from a boat that started to take on water near Staten Island. The boaters were unconscious when they were found by police off Hoffman Island. The men refused medical attention and the woman was in critical but stable condition on Sunday night.
