Two Children Found On NYC Streets Without Parents

The first child, a 5-year-old boy, was found on the sidewalk in the Morrisania section of the Bronx Wednesday morning. Later, a non-verbal child was found in Crown Heights. Parents for both children have not been located. NBC 4 New York’s Gaby Acevedo reports.
