Tropical Storm ETA Lashes South Florida

Now to tropical storm ETA bringing torrential rain and widespread flooding to parts of south Florida. Cars were stranded and entire neighborhoods were swamped. The storm’s rains are threatening to dump up to another foot in some areas. Steve Litz from our sister station NBC Miami reports from Lauderhill with the situation there.
