Tri-State Prepares for Up to a Month's Worth of Rain Overnight

Two school districts in New Jersey have announced it will close in preparation for the storm overnight Tuesday. A flash flood warning is in effect for most of the tri-state. NBC New York’s Checkey Beckford reports.
