Tri-State Prepares for More Snow Friday

Storm Team 4 is eyeing the potential for a widespread winter storm late Thursday into Friday that could drop up to 5 inches of snow on much of the tri-state, including the city, and wreak havoc on the last morning commute of the workweek. NBC New York’s Ida Siegal and Adam Harding reports.
