Tri-State First Responders Travel to Help Florida

An 18-vehicle caravan is heading from New Jersey to Florida to help the state deal with Hurricane Dorian. Members of the FDNY Incident Management Team and Urban Search and Rescue will also be heading down from NYC. NBC 4 New York’s Checkey Beckford reports.
