Tree Falls on Young Girl As Strong Storms Hit Tri State

A young trick-or-treater was left with some broken bones after a tree fell on her while out getting candy in New Rochelle. Meanwhile, there were multiple reports of damage, downed trees and wires and other things caused by the powerful winds. NBC New York’s Michael George and Brian Thompson report.
