Transgender Students File Suit Against Pennsylvania School District For Restroom Rules

Three transgender seniors at a Pittsburgh high school have sued their school district for changing its rules about which restrooms they must use. A school board resolution passed last month makes students use bathrooms that correspond to their biological sex or unisex facilities. Students were previously allowed to use the bathroom corresponding to their gender identity.
