Traffic Backed Up for Miles on NJ Turnpike After Crash

Traffic was backed up for miles near Edison, New Jersey, Monday morning after a tractor trailer accident saw a huge spill of sand and oil on the New Jersey Turnpike. Traffic could be seen crawling from the accident, just past interchange 9, almost three miles back, with only the right shoulder of the northbound lane open to vehicles.
