Topless Man Rides Stationary Bike in the Snow With Extreme Enthusiasm

Only in New York. This man is committed to fitness. So much so that he took his stationary bike out after Thursday’s snow and rode it, topless, with abandon, by the East River. A bystander saw his enthusiastic moves and shot this video.
