Time Running Out for NY Rent Regulations

New Yorkers living in rent stabilized apartments are getting increasingly nervous about in-action in Albany. The law protecting rent stabilization for more than a million apartments expires Monday and lawmakers have made no moves to renew it. Protesters marched outside Governor Andrew Cuomo’s Manhattan office on Thursday demanding an extension. Melissa Russo reports.
